The presence and role of dispensaries, especially in remote villages or vulnerable regions across the country, are being consistently strengthened and supported by Nawraj, in terms of equipment and supplies, with the objective of improving and advancing healthcare services, to developing dispensaries into full-fledged primary care centers.

Since March 2024, the Baskinta Medical Center located at Mar Sassine Monastery, is under the management and supervision of Notre Dame des Secours University Hospital. It is planned to be backed by a Red Cross center, in an adjacent building, within the Monastery property. The Center Includes: 1 Pediatrics, 1 Cardiology, 1 Gynecology, 1 Ophthalmology, 1 ENT, 1 Dentistry, 1 ER; 1 Pharmacy, 1 Laboratory, 1 Digital Radiology & Echography, 1 CSSD. 6 Patient rooms, 2 Waiting areas, 3 Offices.

The main objectives from the reactivation of this medical center are to serve 6 neighboring communities, to provide specialized medical services, and to ensure that this marginalized be supported and with the minimum required medical services to maintain its population in their villages.
